The MARIBLU RESTAURANT specialises in
local dishes including fresh fish, as well as continental cuisine.
Maria, who is also the cook, specialises in traditional cooking and many
of her old recipes, are famous with our regular customers. Such dishes
like, Widow's Soup, Stuffed Marrow and Aubergen, Braggioli, Torta
tal-Gbejniet (sheep's cheese pies), Kosksu, Aljotta (fresh fish soup),
Rabbit in Wine & Garlic and many more, are not usually found on the
menu of most restaurants.
We serve buffet breakfast, daytime snacks, pizza and lunch. All food is served either in our air-conditioned restaurant
or by the pool. We also have a Pizzeria,
which is very popular both with the locals as well as with the Maltese,
who cross over to Gozo just for a mouthwatering pizza and then take the
ferry back home.
